Storage Service Catalog:
The CUIC storage service catalog encapsulates the selection of physical storage systems, disk types, storage efficiency capabilities, backups and other features into a portfolio of service offerings. The service catalog lets you define service levels that specify attributes of compute and storage infrastructure.
vFiler Management:
The CUIC provides discovery, monitoring, management, reporting and provisioning of vFilers. The CUIC’s vFiler management capability enables secure multi-tenancy by providing organizational level access control.
Auto-discovery & Dashboards:
The CUIC automatically discovers and monitors physical and virtual storage from a single pane of glass. The CUIC provides a unified dashboard to provide comprehensive, granular and correlated views into all NetApp components – LUNs, Volumes, Aggregates, Filers, vFilers and Storage Pools.

Policy Driven Provisioning:
The CUIC enables policy based provisioning of LUNs and volumes. Users can create and map the LUNs to the data store. This LUN to Datastore mapping is achieved by associating host server initiator with newly created LUN’s iGROUP. The CUIC also enables users to perform LUN resizes.
Unified Orchestration:
IT administrators can customize and automate NetApp administrative and operational tasks using an easy to use workflow UI designer. Cloupia provides built-in task library and UI designer where admins can visually design complex workflows.
Analytics & Reports:
The CUIC provides visibility into real time physical and virtual storage infrastructure resources consumption that leads into efficient capacity planning. The Cloupia unified management of compute, network and storage elements speeds discovery and eliminates the tedious and error-prone process of manually correlating information about disparate system components. Administrators can quickly detect and remedy bottlenecks or outages affecting application performance and availability. |
