Bare metal provisioning
Cloupia's bare metal provisioning capabilities empowers users and IT admins to deploy servers more rapidly and to manage servers more efficiently. The Cloupia Unified Infrastructure Controller (CUIC) uses standard PXE booting process to boot bare metal machines and install the required operating systems. It simplifies the process of rolling out OS upgrades and patches since updating each server manually could be laborious and costly. It will enable unattended and automated installs of OS and hypervisor images on blades and servers. Cloupia solution provides PXE environment with pre-packaged servers - DHCP server, TFTP server and HTTP server. Bare-Metal Provisioning drastically improves the time-to-market by automating server deployments-from bare metal to just a few minutes instead of days. Cloupia server automation supports automating server provisioning at remote locations.

Virtual Data Center Management
With virtual data centers, organizations can create multi-tenant isolated environments to combine virtual resources – compute, storage & network, operational details, rules and policies to manage specific group requirements. Multiple groups in organizations can share the same physical IT infrastructure but also can have isolated virtual environments at the same time with this capability. Images, templates and policies can be further customized at virtual data center level. Organizations can allocate quotas and assign resource limits for individual groups at virtual data center level. Administrators can manage groups at the virtual data center level from authentication, capacity and policy management perspective.
