Cisco UCS Management/Orchestration :
CUIC enables customers to build next generation dynamic data centers using Cisco’s Unified Computing System and Cloupia’s Unified cloud platform. CUIC provides auto-discovery, monitoring and complete visibility to manage all Cisco UCS components – chassis, servers, fans, modules, memory units and disks. It also provides end-to-end management, dynamic provisioning, power management and orchestration of Cisco UCS components.

CUIC provides a scalable and extensible platform to manage the Cisco Unified Data Center physical infrastructure components such as compute, network, data center fabric and storage. The system provides unified management of Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) and Cisco C-Series Rack Servers in a Data Center integrated with the Virtualization layer. CUIC model based system provides an accurate view of the state of the infrastructure and discover changes in real time. CUIC Intelligent Orchestrator automates the process of configuring the data center elements from ground up and reduces the overall costs of delivering services.

Security and Centralized Control
IT administrators can manage their distributed datacenters containing multiple UCS domains from a single console. The role based access control provides granular control for IT operations. IT operations can customize the console based on role of the administrators. |
Orchestration and Provisioning
The model based orchestrator comes with pre built and validated task libraries for UCS, Network Elements and Storage provisioning, management and maintenance operations. This greatly reduces professional services for building these automation libraries. Creation of a new workflow is simple drag and drop tasks form existing libraries. An IT administrator can configure and bring up Cisco UCS , Bare Metal Server with Operating System and Applications in minutes rather than days .
